10 Commandments

Rule 1 – Learn how to sell. There is a science behind sales. Understand that. Hint: People buy only from the people they know and like. 

Rule 2  Learn how to delegate. You must learn managing. 

Rule 3 – Learn how to take care of your health. Physically and mentally. At the end of the day, only you can carry your company forward.

Rule 4 – Learn how to set goals and track goals. Define, break down and communicate what you will achieve next week, month or quarter.

Rule 5 – Be frugal. Avoid spending that won’t have an immediate impact on sales or customer experience. (Early stage)

Rule 6 – Do not wait for to be ready. We all grow wings on the way down.

Rule 7 – Learn how to retaliate. Life is a never-ending game theory. Focus on maximizing your gain while keeping your dignity.

Rule 8 – Learn how to ask feedback. Everyone is living everything for the first time. The best thing you can do is to adjust as fast as possible.

Rule 9 – Keep adding bricks, only a bunch of people will see the latest version of your product and judge based on that every once in a while

Rule 10 – Do not try to run with the people who don”t like running. But be patient for the ones who could run in time.
